Discounted monthly rates will be based on prevailing retail rates, which are subject to change. Digital Phone monthly rate does not include, and additional charges apply for, Directory Assistance, Operator services,
International calls, and taxes and fees. Digital Phone does not include back-up power and, as is the case with an electric-powered cordless phone, should there be a power outage or other cable outage, Digital Phone, including
the ability to access emergency 911 services, will not be available. Digital Phone is not compatible with all customer-premise equipment. Faster than DSL claim is based on Road Runner’s standard maximum download speed of
5.0 mbps versus the standard DSL package’s maximum download speed of 3.0 mbps. Dial-up speed comparison is based on Road Runner’s maximum download speed of 5.0 mbps versus the average maximum download speeds
